Our Team

The Flexible Workspace team is employed by us but their duties performed will assist you with running your business. They are the:

Centre Managers
They assist with anything you may require from ensuring the IT and Telecoms are working correctly to helping you move offices. If you have an issue, the centre Manager will ensure that it gets resolved.

Service Co-ordinators
They ensure the centre is running efficiently, are on-hand and are essentially your initial point of contact. They ensure that you and your clients are looked after during their time in our business centre. They perform the following duties:

Reception - They welcome your visitors, inform you of their arrival and offer hospitality if they have to wait. Receptionists can arrange couriers and order stationery for you, all at the best rates.
Switchboard operators - They answer the phone in your company name and transfer the calls through to you. If you’re out of the office, they’ll take a message or transfer the call to another number depending on your instruction.
Cleaners - They clean your office as well as maintain the communal areas e.g. Reception, kitchen, toilets and hallways, with frequent inspections. They ensure also that kitchens and toilets are well stocked.
